GET /emr/appointments/nrt/users

Retrieve the usernames associated with one or more emr appointment records. The names are extracted from the history of each appointment record starting with the oldest entry. The first name in the list is therefore likely the user who created the record. This method pulls data form the local mongo database that stores up to date and fully hydrated emr record documents. It is therefore possible that the data is not 100% up to date because the emr table synchronization occrs only every 2 minutes.
